You&#8217;re parked in the disabled bay,&#8221; I shouted back. \u00a0&#8220;Oh, am I. I didn&#8217;t notice.&#8221; \u00a0End of conversation.<\/p>\n<p>The one-and-only disabled bay, that everyone else had left free, is, sensibly, right outside the store entrance &#8211; the half-dozen or so empty bays would have entailed a 5 or 6 yard walk.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.714285714; font-size: 1rem;\">It&#8217;s good to see that Euro Car Parts are an equal opportunities employer but I question whether someone with eyesight as bad as his should really have been given a driving job.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.vwlowen.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/no-van.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-246\" alt=\"no-van\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.vwlowen.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/no-van-224x300.jpg\" width=\"224\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vwlowen.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/no-van-224x300.jpg 224w, https:\/\/vwlowen.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/no-van.jpg 484w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 224px) 100vw, 224px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Seriously, although the markings are a bit worn, they&#8217;re plain enough for anyone who should be driving to see.<\/p>\n<p>Nothing annoys me more than a fully-fit 30-odd year old taking advantage of people who are disabled! \u00a0Pratt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I like a good moan now and then but only a specially selected few make it to the blog.
